I reset my coolpad legacy and now I cant even set the phone up. The phone is stuck in a loop where it asks me to connect to wifi to continue with set up - I do so - and then it asks me to connect to mobile data to set the phone up - and I do so - and then it tells me to connect to wifi to continue with set up - and I do so, and then it tells me to connect to mobile data to continue with set up etc etc ad nasuem. I have delt with bad customer service and absolutely terrible software implementation in my day but Boost mobile now takes the cake for both.
Thank you so much for stealing my $150+ it took to get the phone. I will make sure to avoid Boost and anything related to it from now on. What an absolute disaster of a company this is. I know kids in high school who can write better software for mobile platforms. This is absolutely a joke.
