Activation Error

Trying to activate an old Boost Mobile phone on a new account, entering the MEID, I get the following error:

 

general_application_exception-Server.704:nms_exception: Server.704:NMS returned status_code=49, status_text=INVALID_PHONE_OWNERSHIP: Phone owner can not be PLBL.

Application processing error

 

SIM Card I know is good, and the phone I know is good, since this phone was active just a few months ago.

Hello, Cyrellia. Thanks for contacting us. Let's take a closer look. Can you please send us a private message with the IMEI and SIM card numbers from that phone?

 

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

When I try to send you a private message I get an error:

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

I have not sent any private messages today?
