unable to connect to network

zte was working fine had to reboost and now it will not connect to network says no service try to connect, connect failed over and over. all day. we had a major power outage in the county this morning my area was not effected but im not sure how to find out if it is towers that are down or what. thanks.

Ok, finally got it. I tried everything. What eventually worked was calling boost support running through everything with tier one support, going to tier two support. When tier two reset the sim card i had to go into the ZTE via my phone(or pc) using http://myhotspot and using the password "password" --> then go to mobile network---> advanced ---> clear programming. Remove sim card and leave off for 5 minutes. Boot back up and SUCCESS!!  i am mobile again. It was a headache but one i created by letting my data run out. Never again!! Hope this helps someone in the future.

Please elaborate on going into... zte on my phone....what do you mean...sounds like I need the same thing....please reply asap..

sorry i didnt get an email until boost replied. hook the wifi up to the ZTE and then login to http://myhotspot with the password "password" then click on mobile network click on advanced and you will see the different options.

they have to clear it on their end, appears there is a 30 second wait at the moment. i use this # 1 (866) 402-7366. what device do you have?
