transaction # 29023 on 1/19/2020; I was told that I was not paying interest, but in reality I was. THe intererst was paid up front in the monthly plan,

yes for a new phone....was presented as no interest by a young woman.

With our Boost Up program there is no interest charged. What was the name of the financing program you signed up for?

i was told $179.00 and they put in thru at $217.00
it is called a retail installment agreement. I can email it to you. Please advise.

no they ran it at the higher price as stated above.  this is not fair.

In this case you'll have to contact the store where you contracted the financing service. If it was not Boost Up, then Boost is not part of that agreement. We remain at your service.
