no service/network

We have not had service for 2 days. We can use our phones on WiFi but they do not work outside of WiFi. My husband is a truck driver and depends on his phone on a daily basis. I need to know when this will be fixed, we may have to switch carriers.

Hello also having very poor service and connection and connected boost thru live agent and got a rude unprofessional response

Let me change that around. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone, pin number and current location to look up your area.
