Weak signal and not getting the 4G that is being payed for.

I just paid my phone bill today and my 4G isnt working

Hi there! On newer devices, the 4g is shown as LTE. Keep in mind that the phone will switch from 3g to LTE depending on which is more reliable in your area. If you are unable to connect to the internet, or feel that what you are experiencing is not normal, feel free to send us a private message and we'll take a closer look for you.

Check with Boost. I haven’t been getting good internet signal for over a week now. I called technical support and was given a ticket number because there are towers being repaired and signal is affected. They are going to reimburse me for the time the service is affected.
