Hi there! On newer devices, the 4g is shown as LTE. Keep in mind that the phone will switch from 3g to LTE depending on which is more reliable in your area. If you are unable to connect to the internet, or feel that what you are experiencing is not normal, feel free to send us a private message and we'll take a closer look for you.
