Hello, I am travling to Europe this summer and saw that Virgin Mobile does not have an international plan. Since this is the case, I was looking to buy an international sim card, but was wondering if I would be able to use this even if my phone was locked to Virgin Mobile. Does an international sim card work for an iPhone locked to Virgin Mobile? If not, are there any solutions you would suggest?
Hello, skylerligon. If your phone is locked, you may not be able to use it on a different provider. There are some requirements to unlock a device:
-The device has not been reported as lost or stolen
-The device has been active on the associated account for at least 12 months
-The device must be powered on and in Virgin Mobile coverage with the original inserted.
