So to start, my initial transfer date was supposed to be feb 22. I tried logging in that day and was unable to access my account due to my information not transferring like i was told it would. SO, I called customer service only to be told my transfer date would be pushed back another two weeks to march 6. This was after sitting on the phone for hours and being told the same thing over and over. So i waited the two weeks, and still nothing, no email and still cant log in to my account. I bought the s10e in preparation for the transfer, and havent been able to activate it because my number still hasnt transferred to boost. Can i just have my account transferred PLEASE?
