Tower and Service Upgrading

Boost Mobile needs to inform their customers when a prolonged system repair or upgrade is being done. It is beyond unacceptable to not have voice or data services for days at a time.
I expect to get what I pay for. I have had no service for 5 days, on a holiday weekend. At least you could let your customers know what is going on.
Shame on you Boost. It better be worth my inconvenience
