Three weeks no service

I’ve had my new phone with boost for 3 weeks. Haven’t had service and keep getting told by store and corporate it’s due to “outages”. This is ridiculous. I use this phone for work and am getting in trouble for missing calls and texts. I need to talk with someone about getting reimbursed for my 3 weeks old phone so I can transfer to another carrier as Boost is not providing adequate service.
