Terribly slow hotspot and data. Lying employees.

So today after experiencing more issues with Boost's "high-speed" service I contacted an agent. This agent proceeded to say it was my brand new phone's OS. When called out on how stupid of a lie that was she disconnected and another agent hopped in. Her name was Jemma. She's extremely unprofessional and should be ashamed to lie to customers so blatantly. I cracked up a ton and ended up disconnecting knowing that the next agent was going to try and make me reset the phone which NEVER works. Stay away from this company. Go to AT&T or Verizon or even T Mobile. It's not worth the bad service and terrible customer experience.

This has precisely been my problem dealing with Boost Mobile.

 

According to Boost Mobile any time their service is under performing it is an issue with my phone and I need to factory reset it. I've done that twice and now refuse to do it because it is a hassle that has yet to fix my issue.

 

I have called in numerous times and each time I am lied to. They will continue to tell me its my phone and that they are transferring me to a device specialist who ends up not being able to help me because it's the service not my phone. One Boost Mobile agent lied to be about how they weren't going to transfer me to anyone outside of Boost Mobile and then did, I called back and it happened again. This company does not have the capability to provide you with service or respect, find someone who will.
