Terrible experience

Long term customer here with multiple lines i was forced to contact Fcc and Boost/Sprint reports exectutive office contacted me, Rep there seemed to care until now! My data has been being consumed i believe remotely they claim its impossible how ever one false text to a wrong line was alledged to be a systematic error as she stated reguarding billing, hmmm sounds like an oxymoron. The billing electronics make mistakes from Boost then am I wrong to assume systematic error caculating my usage? Data off mostly wifi on come on Boost treat us customers better
