Hello @jeffc and @Boost_MasielQ. I still havent recieved any assistance from you. This is very disapointing. I've been a customer for boost mobile for 9 years and this is not right that i havent been helped by you. I had to call tech support to help me last night to help me with my problem. I am unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. I private messaged and still no reply. Unacceptable!
