I have had no service or slow internet since a week ago last Friday. I have had boost since 2016 with no issues. This is the only form of internet I have, if not resolved shortly I will have to get another carrier.

Yes, but I get no signal no bars at all on lte and 3 g is super super slow, I have not even used it much this month, it said I used 35 gigs on the 7 of August and I never watched any movies or videos just sent emails and text, I don’t see how that was possible, I checked data usage on my phone it says I’ve only used 1.9 gigs which is about right

I know it’s not the phone I went to my moms house about 3 miles away it works fine there
