This issue has been going on for 4 months... I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps... it is not my phone so please do not suggest I get a new one or factory reset my device...
I have tried contacting Boost Care through my phone but they could not give me a fix nor refund my money. They were rude and would transfer me to Samsung device specialists without my permission. THIS IS NOT MY PHONE, IT IS ALL OVER THE FORUMS AND OTHERS IN MY HOUSEHOLD ARE EFFECTED.
My data speed has been slow multiple times through the past 4 months. I checked my data plan and I did not hit any limits. This happens to everyone in my household who uses Boost Mobiles service. I try loading a page and it continues to try to load but nothing happens. I can't send pictures through MMS.
The only fix seems to be changing my Network mode to CDMA but this does not always fix it and since it turns the phone to 3G the speeds are waaay to slow to pay $60 a month for. I would appreciate anyone trying to help me to relay any possible fixes to this thread as well as any Private conversations we have so others can find the solution they may need.
