I am a new Boost Mobile customer and data has been slower than 3G CDMA speeds despite having an ok LTE signal. I live in the 19809 zip code and I was told that this would be resolved in 48 hours, 48 hours ago. I first called to complain about this speed issue on Sunday (January 6th) afternoon. I am wondering if this is just something the CSRs tell us so that we will go away. Well, I am not going away. I am prepared to call again after another 48 hours goes by and complain if the issue is still not resolved. I guess asking a corporation to be honest about their issues is expecting entirely too much.
