Service problems AGAIN

I have had this problem before and it just resolved itself.
I’m currently having no service appeared at the top left of my screen. Sometimes, is says “Sprint” and appears to have service, but really doesnt. I can’t make calls or send texts. Normally it says boost up top.

After resetting the network settings and all general settings without removing my content, it still isn’t working.
I pulled out the new SIM card that was sent to me the last time this happened and replaced my old one with it. It’s still saying “Sprint” in the top left, but now says my iPhone is not activated.

I work from my phone and I paid and continue to pay money regularly and timely. I should not be having so many problems. It’s making me question my service provider
