Hi there Latoya. So sorry about what had happened. Please send us a private message with your phone number and pin code so we can review this further. Victor21
I am in Sarasota County, affected by Hurricane Irma. I have been a Boost customer for several years with zero complaints - until now. Since the storm hit on Sunday I have had no service on my iPhone 6 Plus, to very limited service such as No Service, 1 Bar, 3G, it is random while standing still. Receive random texts, but can not reply. May receive a phone call but disconnect when picking it up. Cannot make a call or send a text, etc. It is now Wednesday and the same problems are occurring. What good is a cell phone that is not there when you really need it? Neighbors with Boost encountered the same problems. Neighbors with other carriers did not. I am afraid I will have to switch to another carrier since they work during an emergency. AT&T, Verizon - both working 24/7 during this time frame without interruption whereas Sprint and Boost do not. It is a shame, because as I stated - severals years with no problems until I really needed it during an emergency. Since I had to borrow AT&T and Verizon serviced phones during an emergency, that is what I will move or to.
