Hi. I have had my phone for a year now & it has never done this before. I am completely unable to use my phone unless I’m connected to WiFi. The WiFi is only good for internet services, I’m unable to send or receive texts, I can’t make or receive phone calls. I’ve trued all the trouble shooting options
