My S8 Plus is having an issue with Data Roaming. The entire section is greyed out for me and I'm unable to turn it on. I'm going to be moving in less than a month and Boost voice customer support has been literally useless. Almost tempted to just switch providers.
Anyone else run into this issue and know of a fix?
Hi there. Cassidy, if you have a plan that provides roaming, once you are in a non coverage area, the phone will go into roaming.
That'd probably be incorrect because I flew out to Kansas and it didn't let me roam. So I don't know what the issue is that'd make my case special.
Hi there! Our domestic roaming does not include data. When roaming, you have 50 minutes for calls per month, and unlimited text messaging as long as you have minutes left. At the moment we do not have an option for Data Roaming (with the exception of roaming in Mexico, which allows for a certain amount of data depending on your plan).
