Samsung Galaxy A20 not activating

I got it at walmart and I exchanged it figuring it would fix the issue but still having the same issue activating it. When I try it pops up saying not eligable for activation. The store is 45 min away from me so I can't just go back for another issue.

I'm having the EXACT SAME issue!! Except when I took it back to the store I just store-bought the phone over again. Thinking, there's no way it wasn't improperly scanned b/c it got scanned TWICE! & to be honest this is the 2nd A20 I've had that had this problem. I just returned the first one. Please help! I really like this phone.

I'm having the same issue. I received the phone in standard boost-mobile packaging; verified all serial numbers and cross-referenced that of which is labeled on the phone. Everything is in order. However, the activation process begins and ends the same, without any service. It tries to find a network through Sprint as opposed to boost-mobile my primary and sole carrier.

I use my phone and this # specifically for work. My primary source of communication with my employees relies on sms. this is my first issue with you guys after 6 years of being a loyal customer. I need this fixed, asap. 

 

I need the proper SIM card for my provider.
