I'm having the same issue. I received the phone in standard boost-mobile packaging; verified all serial numbers and cross-referenced that of which is labeled on the phone. Everything is in order. However, the activation process begins and ends the same, without any service. It tries to find a network through Sprint as opposed to boost-mobile my primary and sole carrier.
I use my phone and this # specifically for work. My primary source of communication with my employees relies on sms. this is my first issue with you guys after 6 years of being a loyal customer. I need this fixed, asap.
I need the proper SIM card for my provider.
