Poor coverage

Over the past couple of weeks, places near me where I normally have LTE are now dead zones. I need to have my network all day for work and when I need it most, I look down and my phone only says 3g or even worse 1x. Is there a way to “reset” something?

Hi there! Please try the following: Please make sure that your device is connected to the internet be it via Wifi or mobile data, then go into Settings > System Updates > Check for and download any software update available. Once it is installed, turn off your Wifi and go into Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and select "CDMA/LTE". Once that is selected, dial the code ##72786#. If the phone asks for confirmation, select the option to say yes. Let us know how it goes.

I have an iPhone SE, some of the settings terms you just listed do not look familiar on my settings.

Follow these steps:
1. Enter to one of the solutions and locate a social care agent.
2. Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
3. Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
4. Type your message in the new window and click Send.
