We have also been lied to by Boost. We bought 2 refurbed phones, not told you can't get insurance, wasn't told that if you put a screen protector on them they are no longer warrantied( one phone was sent with one and that automatically negated the 90 day warranty). We were told that we could each pay half the bill on our phones and the account would remain active not it all had to be paid from primary line. It has been one crap show after another. They refused to replace or refund the phones, even though we requested it within the first 7 days! It was actually requested in the first 24 hours because neither phone was as functional as promised. One has to be used on speaker only and the other can't be used with earbuds that hook into the jack unless its wiggled around. We have called and called customer service since June. We are stuck for another 6ish months of hell.
