I have an iPhone se. Four bars.

Please follow these steps below:
-From the home screen, tap Phone.
-On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.
-Tap OK. The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
-Tap OK.
-The profile is now updated.
If you're still having issues, let us know.

I’ve already done that a thousand times. I still don’t have a phone and haven’t had one in two days.

Follow these steps below: @Jesseheadley
-Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile. 
-Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.

-Type your message in the new window and click Send.
