Sprint towers have been experiencing outages across the us since 1/22/19 and not a single carrier has said a word about it! Now ohio has been hit and I've had no service all day. Can't make or recieve calls, can't send texts, incoming texts come through 3x. As a boost customer i would expect boost to be more responsible and warn customers of potential outages. We have the right to know and to prepare! My father is in a hospital 3 hours away and i'm the person that makes his medical descions!! It was imperative that i be available to his medical team today to make life altering descions. Had i known an outage was a possibility, i would have made other arrangements!! Now i don't know if he's dead, dying or still alive. I am beyond livid!!!
