Been going back and forth in private messages and they finally suggested I just backup my data and completely reset my phone. I don't really care to do that because it's more work on me for a service I am already paying money for.

I finally spoke with a senior specialist. She told me that they are upgrading towers to 5g. That's why I'm having data and not call/text issues.
