I already gave all of that info to the tech that I spoke to in chat a few days ago, and they told me that they didn't find any issues.

 

Could you explain to me what the difference is between leaving the settings on Auto and switching to LTE?

LTE is high speed data (4G). Leaving the network connection on Auto may lead to the phone connecting to 3G which is slower.

It doesn't matter ive had this problem for months now this will be my last month with this company unless they can come up with a really good reason for me to stay with them

@Michael Understood. Please try the following:

Dial ##72786# (don't press call).
- The phone will restart.
- When the phone is on, unlock the screen.
- Wait for the activation process.
- The phone will do some updates and restart (this process may take from 2 to 4 minutes).
- Test the service again when the phone is back on.
