Phones been stuck on no service and or searching for the past week. I pay for my service and have been waiting for very important calls this week yet I keep get my phone either on no service or searching???

Due to the nature of your concern, we would like to authenticate your account, but for us to do this in a secure way we need to take this to a private channel where we can discuss private account information.
