Had no service since March 12th. How did everything everything the Bruce's asked me to, no hoop I didn't jump through. Phone in pristine condition bought it from a Boost store Motorola E5 play. After weeks of much discussion and no resolution they sent me a new SIM card. The result nothing no service. 14 years I've been with this company. I am now going to look for another carrier having a phone this is unbelievably not acceptable. They're really solution is to send the phone to Motorola which requires more weeks of no phone service which will probably come back with some bologna that I've already heard.
