No service in my apartment, any help?

I get maybe one bar in my apartment, it's making my life hell. I keep calling and have even been told to get a booster on Amazon by a service rep. I don't want to switch but don't see a solution

Since I signed up for service a month ago. I call in but am told to wait for a service enhancement in my area.
