Still have no service since the beginning of September. It's almost November!!! And to top it off when I contact CS they act like the credit given was doing me a favor ....Ummm,no! Your just moving my last payment around so a credit is not what it is. I can't get my phone unlocked because I haven't had it a year. Just going to change service providers finally because getting a straight answer is never going to happen with this company.

Hi there cshort76. Unfortunately, the outage is still ongoing and affecting 4G/LTE mostly. What we can try is switch you to 3G Mode. Please do the following: Tap the Settings icon. Tap More. Tap Cellular networks. Tap Preferred network type. and select CDMA only. Please let me know if that worked out.
Yes, but the tower presented another issue starting on the 14 of this month. We are really sorry this is still affecting your service. On the other hand, did you try to change the network mode on your device?
