No Mobile Data

I haven't had mobile data for over 4 Months now.  It's pretty ridiculous and frustrating when I need my phone to make/ receive important calls.  Paying for a service I don't even get..  Also you guys don't appear to take Email support tickets anymore not sure why that is...

That's no good at all. Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue, @Imoogi. We definitely want to look into this for you. Can you please send us a private message with your phone number, PIN, and address so we can check this thing out?
