No Data Network Connection

I thought it was just a day of bad connection but one week later and my phone’s data won’t load anything. I checked to make sure I didn’t go over high speed limit and I barely have gone through half of my limit. I can’t even use it to connect to the virgin mobile website to find a problem fix. I can only use the iphone on WiFi. And all texts are SMS messages not IMessages which makes backing them up even more difficult. I did multiple phone resets and nada. I even checked coverage and I am located in the “good” section. HELP!
