Network error

For the past 4-5 days I am unable to receive group texts and images in texts. It says downloading but never does. I have tried resetting the network, updating the PRL, installing other updates, restarting my phone several times, turning on and off wifi and network in every combo possible. I don't know what else to do. I have a Galaxy S8. Please help asap, it's effecting my work! Besides that, the internet and YouTube are spotty at best.
