Network connection terrible

Since Tuesday my 3 lines either have no network connection or very little service. Customer service is of no help for days. They state there is no outages and have us doing all these senseless things to our phones. And after a while they disconnect the call. I have been with boost for years and always been in good standing with my account. And now the cust reps in the boost community tell you to private message them and play games that I didn't send the private message. I'm tired of these games. I want an honest educated answer with a resolution to my network issues on my lines. This is unacceptable.
