This must be a new thing for Boost Mobile is it happened to me too and I cannot get my phone to work I've been on talking to customer service for 2 hours now and do the same thing definitely did not sign up for this

Boost Mobile don't even know the trouble of a put me through today I need an my phone on today that's what I paid to get it on and they never got it on for me I'm still having to work with Wi-Fi because my phone is not on Boost Mobile you really need to do something to make this up
