You can send a private message by clicking on an agent's name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.
Thanks. Please follow these steps to reprogram the phone:
1. Make sure the WiFi is disabled and the Mobile Data is turned on.
2. Check signal strength (3 bars or 60% is recommended)
3. From the dial pad enter ##72786# (press "OK" when prompted)
4. The cellphone is going to update the Profile and the PRL and reboot automatically.
5. Wait 15 minutes, then test the service to see if it works better.
