Lost data to roaming

On Friday 8- 31 we lost power most of the day in Chauvin, La. I believe a tower went down & has not come back up yet why?

We lost service due to roaming also. No phone or texting on neither of our phones. Zip 48858. Pickard and Chippewa roads. This happened around 9pm last night
