Loosing service/No internet connection/

For 2 days my phone only functions when connected to WiFi. If the WiFi is off I can not send or receive text messages and when it is on I can only send IMessages through my iCloud. When it does apparently want to work for about 5 min I receive text messages from hours ago. Service shows one bar at 1x. I am trying to get this fixed as soon as possible being that I do pay my phone on time, every month. It is annoying to not be able to contact or be contacted when I don’t have WiFi, what’s the purpose of paying if **bleep** like this is going to happen ?

Why do you now have non LTE coverage? I have lived there for 3 years and never had this much of a problem with services until now. And its not just in that area. I have other family members in different areas that never had problems until now also.

Yeah yeah yeah blah blah blah seems like all yall wanna do is everything but make things right with customers. I still haven't had service for about 5 hours now i live in Clinton, Oklahoma. This is bullcrap. And yes yall can refund my money and anyone else's but your just trying to take the easy way out

So for 3 years everything was fine and now within the last week you dont have coverage. I have been a customer for 20 years and never had this issue until the last week. So there has to be a reason why with in the last week it has started. Its not just my state its in other states too. We use our cell phones for work and if we cant rely on service then we are going to have to find someone we can rely on.
