this same issue just started happening to me today. I power cycled and the issue is still ongoing. HELP! I can't make calls, text, or connect to the internet.
Understood, @MzSolomon! Please send us a private message with your phone number, pin, MEID/DEC number of your phone and SIM Card number. In order to send the message, you just need to click on my name, then select the option that says "Send this user a Private Message".
