Hotspot not working

Came back to my old place and came back to boost because the new carrier doesn't cover this area.

I have an unlocked Moto E6 and everything but hotspot is working. I have the $50 plan so I know I have hotspot included. I've even factory reseted my phone just in case to no avail.

At least it's only a temporary problem until my free Galaxy A10e from you all comes in (hopefully early this week)
