Hotspot Problems

I just upgraded from the $50 unlimited plan with 8gb of Hotspot to the $60 unlimited plan with 20gb of hotspot. I prepaid on the app and it took affect April 15, now my hotspot will not work at all. When linked to my laptop it just auto opens a boost link telling my to sign in and then says error when I do. This is extremely aggravating as I don’t have WiFi at home and use my laptop for work. Any ideas on how to fix this ASAP?
