Hello. I purchased the $50 unlimited plan on January 15. My cycle began on the 16. By Friday afternoon, my internet service has been incredibly spotty. Sometimes I have no service, other times I have service but it's very slow. I have tried everything with my phone: updated PRL and profiles from the phone and by dialing, took out the SIM card and battery and put it back, restarted phone multiple times and nothing works. I'm very frustrated because I haven't been able to enjoy the service I just paid for.
