Frustrated Customer

It's my 1st day with Boost mobile, but I'm going back to MetroPCS next month. This is the worst service I've ever had to deal with.
-People telling me they couldn't reach me when my phone was on all day.
-Phone not ringing at times when people call me.
-Sometimes I can hear ppl on the other end.
-Service drop. I've had to restart my phone 4 times today as it had "No Service".
I'm very frustrated & disappointed. Never again.
