Extremely fed up

So for almost 2 weeks my phone hasn't made or received calls or texts. I have repeatedly called customer support and went into my local store and no one can or won't help me. I'm not the only one in this area that's having the same problem. How do you get to supervisor or something? Somebody NEEDS to do something because I can't deal with this. No one can tell me what's wrong or why it's happening. I don't have the money to switch carriers because they won't unlock my phone. I'm extremely frustrated

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".
