Hi I am halfway thru my billing cycle but I've noticed since I paid my phone it's been super slow and not playing videos I thought it was just the signal but its showing I have used all my data when I know I havent! I stopped trying to watch stuff cuz it hasnt been working so how could I have used all my data already?
Hi there! The amount of data that you use varies greatly depending on what it is used on. As an example, streaming videos on Netflix or YouTube can easily burn through 1gb of data per hour, while 1gb can last you a month or more if used on simple Google searches or reading articles online.
