Data for current period hasn’t reset

I recently switched over to the $60 plan and I don’t think the data on my phone has reset. It says on the Boost dashboard that it has, but when I try using the Internet on my phone it is running incredibly slow. I’ve tried resetting the network setting and have spent hours over the last few days trying to find a solution through customer service. Can someone please help fix this issue?

Please help! I see alot of people having this issue and the get reply but I need to see the solution too so can someone tell me how to make my data rested after I paid my bill.

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".
