I have dealt with this issue since May 2019 when I signed up for service with Boost. I keep hitting a brick wall. I was basically told they are working on the issue and I will have to deal with the problem until it might be fixed. They did give me a $15.00 credit. That's fine but I have the $50 plan which I signed up for and was not told of the issues with data connection in certain areas. I see that there are a lot of people who have issues with data connection. I just want the service that I paid for.
